An experienced senior nurse, Natasha has worked across the NHS and for respected healthcare organisations including the CQC, BMJ Group & NICE. With a clinical background in emergency department nursing, she specialised in educating pre- and post-registration healthcare professionals and was most recently Director of Education at an NHS trust before leaving to set up FutureMedic.
Ibby Younis

Medical Director
Ibby is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon specialising in torso reconstruction & complex wound management. A former President of the Royal Society of Medicine Plastic Surgery Section, he is an internationally renowned speaker and is committed to widening access to medicine for aspiring doctors....and would-be surgeons!
Lorraine Walker

Learning & Development Advisor
Lorraine has over 30 years experience in the healthcare sector specialising in the development of non-clinical skills for the healthcare professions most recently as Learning & Development Manager at an NHS Foundation Trust. A certified coach and MBTI practitioner, Lorraine has a special interest in supporting young people towards careers in the health service.
Sheena Hassania

Workforce Development Consultant
Sheena is an experienced Workforce Manager with a special interest in developing young people for the workplace. She is an accredited member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and has set up numerous programmes with schools and colleges focusing on work readiness.
Zara Pradhan
BA(Hons), PGCE
Education Consultant
Zara is a qualified teacher who works with young people aged 16-18 years. She has experience in guiding young people through the UCAS process and has a special interest in language and presentation skills development. Zara is passionate about innovative teaching methods and promoting self-reflection.
